  Best pozole east of Downtown LA. Really great Carne en su jugo,Tortas ahogada are fantastic. This restaurant has some of the best Guadalajara dishes on there menu around.

  Carne en su jugo - it's tender; tasty; served to order with homemade tortillas - always hot and fill of flavor. You can choose cilantro and onions on top or tell them not to put any. You can also get that on the side. It comes with grilled onions. I recommend you order extra if you like them. You can also order chiles toreados - grilled jalapenos which you can add to your carne en su jugo to make it a spicy treat. Yum yum
